I am Shafeer Khan, Founder & CEO of Future Tech Global Solutions (FTGS). With over 24 years of experience in the automotive industry, I have witnessed both the opportunities and the struggles faced by technicians, customers, and businesses.
The automotive world is vast—hundreds of brands, thousands of models, and countless systems. No single technician can master them all. This gap often leads to wrong diagnoses, unhappy customers, and financial burdens for both sides. For many families, a vehicle is more than transport—it is a livelihood and a dream. Any technical mistake can affect their life deeply.
This inspired me to build FTGS, a platform designed to transform the industry. Our vision is simple:Empower technicians with advanced tools and a strong support network.Protect customers through transparency, reliability, and guaranteed services.Grow businesses by creating a connected ecosystem of workshops, suppliers, and technology.
One of our proud innovations is an all-in-one OBD2 device with AI integration. Unlike traditional systems, it offers lifetime usability, smart diagnostics, customer management, and a seamless link between service and spare parts. Customers can track their vehicle history, order parts with confidence, and book services directly through our platform.
Today, more than 20,000 workshops are part of the FTGS Family, sharing knowledge, accessing parts, and supporting one another. With 30 successful businesses across 4 countries, our next step is to expand across all 2,500 cities and villages in Saudi Arabia, building the largest trusted ecosystem for automotive solutions.
